Raa888 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Rules Guide

To register and use the raa888 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. raa888 takes the prevention of underage gambling very seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual in a personal capacity — not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account raa888. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date — including your full name (as shown on your ID), phone number, and bank details.
• Raa888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, utility bills, or Malaysian bank statements.
• Accounts using false information or another person's details will be immediately closed, and any balances and winnings will be forfeited.

Raa888 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as your raa888 account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Raa888 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM10,000 may require additional KYC verification before processing.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different account require security verification.
• Raa888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

The security of your account is a shared responsibility between you and raa888. The following are your responsibilities as an account holder:

• You are responsible for keeping your raa888 account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• You must notify raa888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Raa888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If anyone claiming to be from raa888 requests your password, it is a phishing attempt.
• All activity that takes place in your account prior to a report of unauthorised access being received is your responsibility.
• Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the raa888 Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Raa888 has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud and illegal activity on our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automation software, or any tool that facilitates automated betting without human intervention.
• Money laundering — using the raa888 platform to conceal the origins of illicit funds.
• Match-fixing or supplying insider information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting.
• Collusion between players to cheat in Live Casino games (e.g. group strategies in card games).
• Use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts to make deposits.

There are two types of account closure at raa888 — player-initiated and raa888-initiated:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your raa888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.
• Temporary Suspension: You may request a temporary account suspension (between 24 hours and 12 months) for responsible gambling reasons. During the suspension period, you will not be able to log in or carry out any transactions.
• Closure by raa888: raa888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. raa888's decision in such matters is final.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. An email notice will be sent before any action is taken on a dormant account.

Raa888 believes gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings page. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a specified period. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place additional bets until the period expires.
• Time Limit: Set a daily playtime limit. The system will notify you once your limit is reached.
• Play Break: Take a break from gambling for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account will be temporarily blocked from all betting activity.

• In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcomes, raa888's liability is limited solely to the value of the original wager involved.
• Raa888 makes no guarantees regarding winnings or returns from any game or wager.
• Any claim against raa888 must be filed within 3 months of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.

Raa888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of amendments via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal reasons.

• Continued use of the raa888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your full balance before the changes take effect.
